UK Search Marketing Association (SMA UK)
Following the rise and fall of SEMPO in the states, UK search marketers have decided to go it on their own, forming their own association.The SMA is headed up by Barry Lloyd of Makemetop, who was elected using a secret ballot by members of the working group, which includes Mike Grehan and Ammon Johns.

A European body is also being put together by Mikkel deMib Svendsen.
