Google wins trademark ad lawsuit
Google won a major legal victory Wednesday when a federal judge said the search engine could continue to sell ads triggered by searches using trademarked company names. Auto insurance giant Geico had claimed that Google's AdWords program causes confusion for consumers and illegally exploits the companies its ads target.

Yahoo Launches Video Search Site, Google, MSN to follow
The site, at video.search.yahoo.com, went up on Wednesday, and pits Yahoo against competitors such as Singingfish, which is owned by America Online.
